More info... Feb. 11, 2008 - We've all heard about the amazing growth taking place in developing countries and how the global economy will never be the same again. But countries like China, India and Vietnam seem so far away.
Economic advisory board says forecast for slow growth "dead on" (The Greenville News) The Board of Economic Advisors' forecast calls for $230 million in new money for the next fiscal year, which some lawmakers and Gov. Mark Sanford said is not enough to cover the current budget plus growth in education and health care programs and new needs. Sanford also has predicted "rough times ahead." Share Your Opinion.
