By Stephen Campbell

Memory refers to the human's capacity to retain and recall things. The human brain is the grand storage system of various events and information. The events, experiences, outlook of a human or animal, every single thing is stored in the brain. Some of the events are stored even without the knowledge of the person. Some of the things are remembered after a long time too, while many of the events are forgotten within a short period.

Enhancing the memory is nothing less than an art. There are several advantages of having a good memory. The very fundamental advantage of a good memory is to remember the answers during an exam. On a larger view, a person can recall the criminal's face or the series of events on the crime scene when has a good memory. An individual's overall personality depends on the level of memory he holds. In daily life also, our perception is based on our experiences, thoughts, and seen and heard things, altogether on memory. That is why it is very essential to develop the memory.

It is not so hard to train our mind to remember things. A dedicated practice
