Roger Morton, a student of personal development, leader in assisting and coaching people with a strong desire to reach their personal and financial freedom. When I started looking into different business opportunities, I looked into franchise and multi level market (MLM) companies. I found a direct sales marketing company in personal development with a lucrative compensation plan that has a residual and passive income revenue plan. Now a business owner, working out of a home office, I leverage my time and money to create the wealth and financial freedom I want in my life. I have the income I always wanted and the time to spend with my family and friends. With this portable business, I can travel to exotic places all over the world. Within the year, I have visited Miami Florida, Cancun Mexico, Rome Italy, and a few islands in Hawaii. Being a student of personal development, I read books such as "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne, "The Power of Intention" by Wayne Dyer, "A New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle, "The 4-Hour Workweek" by Timothy Ferriss, "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert

Graduate Recruitment and the Credit Crunch PDF Print E-mail
Career
By Martha Franklin

It is an unwritten rule of job cutting that the most recently hired graduates should be the first ones to be let go when the financial sector is hurting. Some banks are steadfast in their efforts to hire new graduates while others, such as AIB, have eliminated programs of recruitment for the year. What kind of graduates do they seek out? How does a graduate make it to the top of the list in a job market with few jobs available? What can new arrivals hope to gain in the future?

Although bankers may be hesitant to agree, pundits note that there are not as many jobs available for graduates in the field of banking. Some positive things have started to come to light even with banks, such as AIB stopping thier recruiting. Still some graduates are feeling stressed. New graduate hires in 2008 are nearly identical to the previous year at Citi, a bank with large worldwide redundancie announcements. Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank are in full force with their graduate recruitment programs. Even UBS, with its announcement of 5,500 redundancies, plans to

Growing up, my family used classic movies as family therapy. That should have been a sign that I would become a ravenous movie fan when I grew up. My friends and colleagues are well acquainted with my mania and I regularly use film in my work as a campus minister. When someone asks, "What's your favorite movie?" I just laugh. As if I could narrow it down to just one. - submitted by AOL Video Uploads user syzygy121b It’s a beautiful hot summer day, yet some people just can’t get out of bed. Depression is more than just a one day case of the blues. How can you distinguish depression from grief or a bad day and what do you do if

How To Get the Best Use out of Recruitment Agencies PDF Print E-mail
Career
By DDunkerly

Here are some tips on how to get the best out of using recruitment agencies to find your ideal job:-

* Talk to a few recruitment agencies before deciding which to register with. If they are an online recruitment agency, have a good look through their website. See if they offer the services that you require and if they deal with your type of skills or the type of job that you are looking for.

* If you have to go for an interview to register with the recruitment agency, treat it like a real job interview.

* Ask the agency to let you know which companies they have sent your CV out to so that you can gauge the response rate.

* Consider whether you need to use a specialist recruitment agency for your needs. For example, if you are a software programmer then you may want to use a recruitment agency who specialise in IT jobs.

* Keep in touch with the recruitment agency so you know what is going on and how many employers they have contacted.

By Jerry L. Fobik

From the time we are children, getting dirty is something that is almost a pass time. Our parents try to keep us and our clothes hygienic in vain, because after washing our hands numerous times, we gather ourselves and go right away back to our mud piles. As we grow older, the obsession for playing with dirt is often left behind and we live our lives with a renewed sense of cleanliness. For some people, however, a germ phobia prevents normal life from occurring. This germ phobia is also called mysophobia and can be directly linked with a fear of filth.

This mysophobia is not just being fearful of microbes it's a lot more. The fear of microbes is the fear of any substance that may contain microbes or infect the person in some way with a contamination. The person with a mysophobia can often be noticed washing their hands over and over again, in order to remove any microbes they have come into contact with.

When the mysophobia was first noticed, it was falsely linked
